Key Personnel

Randy Herold, CHMM, REA, REP, CIEC, CIAQM
Randy Herold is the President of ENPRO and has more than 25 years of documented success in the establishment of professional environmental companies, managing technical projects, and improving management and information systems. He holds a BS in Biology from Chaminade University and an MS in Environmental Management from the University of Hawaii. Mr. Herold has established microbiological, asbestos, and comprehensive environmental analytical laboratories in addition to consulting and environmental management services firms. He has extensive experience working with public and private sector interest groups, regulators, legislators, and key business leaders. He is a seasoned public facilitator, speaker, and writer. He has distinguished himself as a pioneer in the environmental industry.

Kenton Beal, CHMM, RPG, REA, CIEC
Ken Beal, Executive Vice President, is a registered Professional Geologist with over 17 years experience in project management, environmental regulatory analysis, process audits, site assessments and characterizations, remedial design, and environmental construction management. He holds an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University, an MS in Geology and Geophysics from the University of Hawaii, and a BA in Geology from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Mr. Beal is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager and has been the environmental program manager for several Fortune 50 firms. Successful project experience includes characterization of the nature and extent of contamination, design and implementation of remediation solutions, and regulatory closure for a variety of project sites. Projects have included petroleum refineries and bulk fuel storage facilities, urban core redevelopment projects, wood treating facilities, RCRA TSD facilities, DOD facilities, and TSCA response actions. Mr. Beal has successfully remediated and received regulatory closure for sites contaminated with pesticides, PCBs, heavy metals, chlorinated solvents, and petroleum hydrocarbons. He is also experienced in preparing and implementing storm water management programs for industrial facilities and construction projects, in accordance with the USEPA Clean Water Act.

Robert Weber, CHMM, REM
Robert Weber is a Regional Project Manager with more than 15 years experience in conducting environmental audits and assessments. He holds an MPH degree in Environmental Health and a BS in Zoology from the University of Hawaii. In addition to asbestos and lead paint projects, Robert has conducted more than 2,000 Phase I Environmental Site Assessment assignments for clients from across the U.S. He is responsible for site safety plans, assessment of large scale contaminated military, government and commercial projects, and project remedial closure.

Rodney Moore
For more than ten years, Rodney's experience has been in research and analytical studies where he has managed scientific teams designing and implementing evaluations of experimental anti-cancer agents. He holds an MS degree in immunology and a BS degree in microbiology. For the past three years, Mr. Moore has concentrated on managing Indoor Air Quality projects and Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments. He has extensive experience with indoor mold contamination, having completed over 100 investigations projects including preparation of remediation protocol and performing post-remediation verification testing.

Stacey Croghan, EAT
Stacey Croghan has eight years experience in environmental design and statistical evaluation, microbiological laboratory analysis, indoor air quality investigations, and environmental assessment of commercial properties. Stacey holds a BS degree in biochemistry from the Auburn University . She developed standard operating procedures for a nationally accredited laboratory and has been the lead investigator in studies quantifying chlorinated organics in soil and groundwater and determining the role of nitrogen in microbial degradation of organic carbon.
