Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
Our Phase I Environmental Site Assessments meet American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) 2000 guidelines by including four basic components:
Historic Review - We thoroughly review historical records of each property and surrounding area using a combination of photographs, maps, archived data, permits, and interviews.
Regulatory Review - We review federal agency lists and pertinent state and local data sources.
Site Inspection - We perform on-site visual reconnaissance to identify potential environmental concerns. The subject property and adjacent area are further researched by conducting interviews with the project-related personnel.
Report of Findings - Our reports present findings, recommendations, and corrective action options. Our unique "Project At A Glance" summarizes our recommendations and includes remedial cost estimates. The "Action Items" section clearly presents environmental corrective action specific to the subject property.
The Phase I Express is an expedited Phase I ESA and is offered to clients with time constraints.
